Hi! I'm Sandra, and if you're looking for a family photographer in Fairfield, Connecticut, you've come to the right place. Fairfield has been one of my favorite places to photograph families for years. From beautiful beaches and charming harbors to quiet parks and golden sunsets, it offers some of the most beautiful backdrops in Fairfield County.

One of my favorite hidden gems is Southport Harbor, right on the Fairfield and Southport line. It has a timeless New England feel with boats, stone walls, and gorgeous evening light.

Every location creates a slightly different look, which allows us to choose the setting that best fits your family's personality.

You don't need to worry about knowing how to pose.

I'll guide you every step of the way while also giving your family space to interact naturally. Some of my favorite images happen in between the poses—the laughter, hugs, little hands reaching for mom, or kids simply being themselves.

My sessions are relaxed, playful, and centered around connection rather than perfection.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Solid colors always photograph beautifully and create timeless images.

Instead of matching exactly, I recommend coordinating colors that complement one another. Soft neutrals, earth tones, and muted colors tend to work wonderfully against Fairfield's natural scenery.

If you're unsure what to wear, I'm always happy to help you choose outfits before your session.

WHAT TO WEAR

Every season has something special.

Spring: Fresh greens and flowering trees.

Summer: Beautiful beaches, warm evenings, and incredible sunsets.

Fall: Gorgeous foliage and crisp colors. (Books fastest.)

Winter: Quiet beaches, neutral landscapes, and soft light.

Personally, I love spring and summer in Fairfield because of the coastline and warm evening light.

BEST TIME OF THE YEAR

1. When should we book?
That depends on the type of session you are looking for. Fall tends to book the quickest so it’s best to book way in advance (8 weeks min)
2. What if my kids don't cooperate?
Nothing! Let the kids be kids. I love to capture them in their elements. I always have a few tricks up on my sleeve, and even when everyone thinks the session was crazy once you look through your gallery you will be so happy you did those photos and how amazing they turned out.
3. What happens if it rains?
If it rains we will reschedule the session- I always monitor the weather, basically I am a weather women by now.
4. How long is the session?
I offer mini sessions seasonally, 30 minute and 60 minute private sessions.
